- Our services are billed by time or by deliverable. Alternatively, in some cases we participate in the outcome eg by taking a fraction of revenue growth, cost saved or startup equity.
- We engage in two types of Interim Management assignments. (1) Problem Solving, where we dedicate roughly 50% of the time in diagnosis and 50% in formulating the recommendations.(2) Execution, where we are operational and effective from Day 2.
- Our team building focuses on two different dynamics. (1) Selection of the right people for given roles to form a team of 6 to 8 people. (2) Developing skills and coaching people in large organizations to execute better via teamwork.
- For Start-ups we provide the gray hair. We examine business models and select where to get involved. Our role dovetails the founders capability and when taking equity we offer the founders an option to buy it back via a pre-determined formula.
